Richard M. Baskett is an Attorney and CPA with 30 years experience. He began his career in the tax department of Price Waterhouse in New York City and Baltimore, Maryland. He subsequently served as general counsel for Washington Corporations, and has worked for tax law firms in Baltimore and Washington, D.C. Rick has taught Partnership Tax at the University of Montana School of Law and continuing education courses for attorneys and CPAs on partnership tax, living trusts, estate planning for retirement plans, estate planning for real property, and limited liability companies. He is past-President of the Western Montana Estate Planning Council and a member of the Business, Tax and Estates Committee of the State Bar of Montana.
